How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking information is automatically sent at the time the order is shipped.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Reflective Art Inc is dedicated to providing the finest wildlife, nature artwork and giftware products.  For this reason, if you deem your purchase unsatisfactory, you may return your product for a refund.  All returns require authorization from Reflective Art Inc.   Please contact us for further information.  Email:  sales@reflectiveartinc.com or call  800-332-1075.   Our office is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm EST.

If you have product that is damaged, please email a picture of the damage and a picture of the UPC barcode to sales@reflectiveartinc.com

*Please note that all returned items must ship prepaid and insured within 30 days of receipt.  All returns require authorization from Reflective Art Inc.   Additionally, Reflective Art Inc. suggests utilizing a trackable shipping method when returning an item.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

All orders that include a valid email address will be sent an order acknowledgment that indicates one of the below order statuses next to each of the items on your order.  Otherwise, you can check order status by logging into your ReflectiveArtInc.com Account.

Email Order Status Definitions

Most of our email updates will contain a list of the contents of your Order.  The status of each item will be displayed next to the Item Description and cost. Generally, the status will show:

In Process: We have received your order and it is processing through our system.

Shipped: Your package has been picked up by the carrier and is in transit to your address. If you requested email notification for your order, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours.

How Much Will I be Charged for Shipping If I Place an Internet Order?

Your cart will calculate your shipping charge. 

Can I View Your Catalogs Online?

Not at this time, though thousands of items are available in our online store.

What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee to Your Customers?

The way we look at it, we have no business asking for your next order unless you are satisfied with your last order.  We are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise as specified in our Return Policy.

With a receipt: Items returned with a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax.

Without a receipt: Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax.  Such items may be exchanged for the same product or different design in the same product line.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

Do Your Clocks Make Sounds or Play Music?
Our clocks do not play sounds or music.
What If A Piece Is Missing From My Boxed Puzzle?

Reflective Art strives to make sure our products are free of defect in material or workmanship. If, within 90 days, you discover a defect or missing piece (after thoroughly searching your puzzle area) please follow these instructions:

1) Print out the attached Form (Click Here).

2) Follow the instructions on the Form.

3) Mail to: Reflective Art Inc.  Attn: Customer Service  4030 Eastern Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508

4) We will send out a replacement puzzle after receiving the attached form and requested items.
